Using real lab equipment from the winery, you will measure, mix, and taste a wine perfectly suited to your preferences. Specifically, you will blend Australia''s two most popular red grape varieties, Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz, to create a truly unique and personalized blend.

Once you have settled for your favorite blend, you will bottle it in a take-home 750ml wine bottle, which you can name and cherish as a memento of this unforgettable wine blending experience.
